Polenta is a delicious alternative to traditional spaghetti along with juicy meatballs covered in a rich tomato sauce, this one is a real belter! Deborah: Omg Jamie that looks so delicious comfort food at its best. Loved the meatball tip. I used breadcrumbs and egg last time I made meatballs and they were rubbery. I m wondering if this is why?
