Love watching these videos! They have inspired me to experiment in the kitchen more. Today I tried to cook Plaice, but found it lacking in any taste (just a slight fishy-ness to it, not much else) was wondering if anyone had any tips, a good recipe, or advice on what flavours work well with it? Not sure if it was just the plaice not tasting good, or my lack of understanding how to cook with it. Thanks!

I love the success of his internship program and how that continues to take people out of often difficult situations and open up a new world for them. Jamie does so much more than just the videos and books. It is worth looking up his restaurants and seeing the non profit organizations he has created. Talk about passing it on.

If you dont mind the heat you can take the scotch bonnets wash, dice and blend them. Add a bit to the bottom of an ice tray with water and freeze. Use in chili or whatever but also add to a Bloody Mary or another favorite drink. Great way to store them after harvest. Julia
