That ain't a po'boy, and you don't call it a po'boy sandwich neither! The bun looks like something you'd make a hamburger with; you gotta use New Orleans french bread! And if it doesn't make a person go from starving-to-death to can't-eat-another-bite-full, then it ain't a po'boy. (that's a bit of an exaggeration, but a po'boy is no small sandwich)

Entire Food Tube: do you know what would it be super cool? To have a screen with the list of aaaaall the ingredients needed for each recipe, yield info and cooking time prior to method. That way, when we are heading to the supermarket, we can easily make the week's menu without re-watching the entire video. tnks Looove your education efforts!

Two oysters on a Po Boy? Doesn't even cover the bottom bun. You need a trip down in the South U. S. For that price, I'd expect a twelve inch long loaf with oysters piled high. I've thought about it. Your little sandwich might make me give up 2. 50. Maybe.

I find its less wasteful to season meat before dredging in flour. You get the same amount of awesome flavour and spices but don't end up discarding expensive spices when you throw out the flour after. What are your thoughts?

18 for one burger? Sorry, but where do we live to pay 18 bucks for one burger from the street. I don't want to blame the food or the work behind the burger. But I guess it's a way too much money. BTW - Awesome recipe!

Thanks for peeling the carrots. This is really important. But why do you Brits insist on calling a sandwich on a bun like this a burger? Slap peanut butter and jelly on a hamburger bun, and it's a burger, apparently.

I can't convince myself to eat oysters and in my ignorance I've always thought of them as delicate in flavor so I'm asking what's left of it when you deep fry them and season them with sriracha and paprika.

mmm not really sure about the price. i mean. 3 oysters on their own would be easily worth 6 pounds. a sandwich with 2 fried oysters and all. think more like 8 or 9 at least.
