This is a paid AD by The Saucy Fish Co. Katie Pix is here to tackle all you take-out lovers with her zingy Lentil Tabbouleh and Seabass dish. When time is tight, a quick home-cooked meal is still possible! Look inside your freezer and there s bound to be something you can pair up with some leftover veg. Fish is a great healthy option, and experts recommend we eat two portions of fish a week. That s why we ve partnered up with The Saucy Fish Co. and their new frozen range for this dish. Tabbouleh is traditionally a salad from the Middle East that s made with bulgar wheat, herbs and vegetables, this lentil twist is a great way of incorporating more veggies into your meal. No nutrients are lost in the fish during the freezing process either, and to make this dish even more balanced you can always serve up with a hearty crusty piece of bread. the tabouleh and Katie's last dish, falafel, barely have any resemblance to the originals. i know it's an inspired dish but if I'm ever served a tabouleh that's this roughly chopped I would return it. How about keeping the essence of the dishes the same next time?

Lentil always reminds me of middle Eastern or Indian dishes with those horrible spices, and that is why I never eat them. However, this dish in particular looks more Mediterranean and fresh that I really want to try. Really nice and refreshing idea. Great job guys

again a lovely recipe Katie. Love it with the Seabass, also think that this together with some steamed salmon or grilled chicken would make one amazing Luchbox filling. Or some leftover sunday roast? can't hurt to give this one a go. thanks for sharing with us.

Nearly all videos became AD's on Foodtube and Drinkstube. I would like to see some better content again. Jamie take action. The sauce looks disgusting, Jamie would never serve such food to any of his guests. horroific!

I love fresh, simple sides. This one definately gets a try. (I'm building my profiency of intuitive flavor profiles) Don't mind informative, tasteful sponsored segments, but the nearest US distributor is two hours away.

To all of you complaining about ads, there's this wonderful thing called AdBlock. I never, ever see and ad, and I'm thankful I don't have to go through that. Further, that looks like a very fresh and tasty recipe! YUM!

I was a bit of a dick about the ads but this actually looks like a great recipe. As long as you keep the distinction between sponsored and normal videos clear then I suppose it's cool. Thank you for the video Katie.

Can she even cook? Considering any video = ad or a proper chef is there. so everything's there, just put into the oven or premade sauce. Rest is raw veg/fruit as a salad. Shes pretty much useless.

how much better would a 10 minute video shot from a mobile phone of jamie oliver cooking. So much unnecessary production. tv people trying to youtube is never as good as the original content creators

Wow, that sweater is really red. Guess the editor had to dial back all the other colors so it's not too vibrant, haha. Makes me feel like christmas in spring though. Also, yay for the recipe. :)
