Love both of your personalities but from two Vegans we wish you could show the world they don't have to have animal products to have meat and cheese. I would bet money that your vegetarian platter isn't dairy free. I challenge you guys; )

Hi Jamie, Hi Gennaro! That's a lovely platter. But I have to correct you: prosciutto San Daniele is from Friuli and the meat from Toscana you mentioned at 3. 24 is not San Daniele, but Finocchiona! Love your recipes, thank you!

I love tapas, it's just a shame that cheese costs and arm and a leg here in Norway. It's cheaper to hop on a flight to Spain, buy a wheel of Manchego, and fly back, than it is to buy half a slice in a shop.

Ya but be realistic. The amount of ingredients (in weight) alone on the plank is over 130 bucks, and thats being cheap. The amount of cheese on that board is almost 50 dollars.
