We go behind the scenes to look at the rise in popularity of Charcuterie which is made and produced in Britain. In Jamie's Italian we use only the best produce and the Fennel salami from the guys at Cobble Lane Cured is absolutely amazing. Whoever edited this did a terrible job on the audio. The guy's voice seems to duck behind the music at random intervals to the point it sounds like he's talking from a different room. It's easy to hear that there was no attempt to level the different recordings.

Why would anyone eat more of a lower quality product and less of a higher quality product? If something is lower quality, I'm not going to eat more of it, I'm going to eat less of it. Their reasoning seems backwards.

Awesome video! I like how everyone feels they have their own curing room mold that makes their product unique! In a sense it's true, but for the most part is penicillium - green and white.

Hi guys, quick question is your charcuterie nitrate preservative free? I noticed you added some white stuff with the spices when mixing the meat. Was that curing salt by any chance?

Is there supposed to be video to see, or just the image of the salami throughout the duration of the clip? Refreshing doesn't fix the issue if it's an issue.

A man who sells meat says we need to eat less meat. Nice to see companies without a financial conflict of interest. Just pure passion and confidence in the product.
