I have been watching your videos and making your rolls for so long that I can do em with my eyes closed now =. My friends love your tricks and recipes, they've asked me to host a cocktails and sushi making party this weekend because they love how everything comes out! Thank you so much for all the great tips and tricks and please continue to make more rolls soon! I would love to see some more tempura rolls using tempura batter! Awesome job!

Hi Chef Devaux, always love your videos! Good content, good lighting, even nice video effects with the word art, but the audio quality always has a noticeable 'room echo'. If you consider a digital audio recorder such as the Zoom H1 or any other reasonably cheap audio recorder it would greatly enhance the quality of your voice and do wonders for your already amazing videos! Just a thought.

if your eating sushi and get tired of the bland taste of soy sauce, try adding a strip of ginger, Wasabi, and fill the rest of the dipping platter and mix untill it changes color from black to a brownish color. the Wasabi and ginger give the soy sauce a slight kick but it dosent overruel the sushi.

I'd love to see how you would place sushi on these pates with the different puree designs. Are you supposed to go around the puree or ontop? Are there certain designs that work best for different types of sushi?

Well, this may look appealing to some, but I've always hated the way those fancy dishes look with a thin layer of sauce spread across the plate. There's too little of it and it dries out quickly.

The spoon smack is good enough. Also, if I tried the spoon hit the plate really hard, pretty sure the Art would go absolutely everywhere in my kitchen.
