Sushi cooking idea, a new style of sushi pressed sushi with provocative high reaching nori walls. This video will show you how to make 3 different fillings of this new style of sushi. Craig: I'm comsidering opening a small sushi restaurant but I've never worked in a restaurant. I've been rolling sushi for over 10 years and I also make dumplings from scratch. How can I find a good fish supplier? The ones online seem too expensive. Also do most sushi restaurants buy the fish whole and break them down? And I'd love a fish supplier that offers much more than tuna, salmon and eel.

Liked the new style of video, but please the music doesnt have to be that loud. Kind of drowned out the cutting sounds. If thats what you wanted then good though. Question, why put the form in water if you are going to use plastic wrap also? The only part that wasnt covered in plastic wrap seemed to come off the board ok, would it have stuck if you hadnt dunked it in water first?

Can anyone please help? I've been searching the net for some time and I cant' figure out a way to make the fishy smell go away from the nori. When I eat at a restaurant, the maki rolls don't smell fishy. But when I make maki at home, the nori smells so bad. Please help. Thanks.

I really like this style of video! I'd recommend still having some of your usual stuff, but it's nice to occasionally have a real chill episode. Maybe not ASMR cooking, but the music is real chill itself so it feels like I could sit back and watch this when I'm stressed

The sushi looks beautiful and the video was a bery useful one! Even if i prefer the ones with you doing the explanation by voice, it boosts my ability to learn; ) The only question i have, doesn't this create a huge leftover of nori?

This is great! Such a cool idea! Getting a sushi press ASAP. By the way those weren t nasturtiums they re pansy s. Nasturtiums are yellow and orange and bigger flowers. They would be a nice garnish for sushi.

Beautiful and delicious looking at the same time. It's got me in the mood for some spicy tuna. Yum! My son is a Culinary Arts student and would like to know where you trained.

Great video, but felt weird without the narration from Davy! I was expecting to hear the 'Hello and welcome to another cooking video' at the beginning! :( looks tasty though!
