Ingredients
3 1/2 cups (450 g) bread flour
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
2 Tbsp (29 g) sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
4 Tbsp (56. 5 g) unsalted butter (sub with 2 Tbsp cooking oil)
1 1/4 cups (296 ml) hot water
