Ingredients 2 lbs chicken breast (butterfly and pound evenly) 1 tsp salt 1 tsp granulated onion powder 1 tsp granulated garlic powder 1 tsp Italian herb blend 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper 3 Tbsp unsalted butter 2 Tbsp cooking oil 1/4 cup onion (fine dice) 3 cloves garlic (chopped or minced) 1/4 tsp to 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth or stock 1 to 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese 4 oz sun-dried tomatoes 5 to 6 large fresh basil leaves salt to taste DREDGE 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1 tsp granulated onion powder 1 tsp granulated garlic powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp cracked black pepper
