Yesterday I found out that every Friday a local Asian market gets a delivery from the Bay Area or something, I live in Northern California where there are not giant Asian supermarkets like they have in places like Los Angeles or San Francisco, so I went to it and got Asian cilantro which is most likely what you called Vietnamese cilantro in your video, it has a much stronger cilantro flavor than American cilantro, but because it had roots on it we cut them off leaving a bit of leaves and planted them. I also got long beans, and cherry tomatoes like the ones you ate which are different from American ones, they have less seeds and thicker skins, and bitter melons, then I told everyone including the customers and employees and truck driver to save seeds from these veggies that are rare here and plant them because I have been doing that for years and have gotten some amazing plants so why can't everyone else? By the way Mark, what did I hear at like 13: 33 into this video about having a degree? Are you guys cracking jokes only a small percentage of your fans will get, more than five times cannot be random.

Every time you and Joel eat green papaya salad I want to eat it too. I can't handle the heat of the chilies, but you two make me want to eat it anyway! I always love seeing these salads that you have in Thailand. Amazing skill and so fresh. And of course, I love seeing Joel here with you. You both enjoy the same things and it's a joy to see.
