Wtfbro: Good day, may I ask a question? After I steamed my leche flan and transferred it in a serving bowl, almost all of the sugar is so hard that it won't go with the flan, it stays in the mold and it's such a waste of resources. So the result of the leche flan, is that the sugar on top of the leche flan is just so few so I have no syrup with it and it doesn't look and taste that nice, I wonder what seems to be the problem and how to fix it? Please reply, thank you and Godbless! Date: 2020-05-15
