Alison I love ya! I schlept to three publix markets near me here in SoFla and finally found my rendered chicken fat. Lordie lordie I miss NY!
Made my matzo balls and they were a hit! Thank you. My family and I truly enjoyed them. Im thinking I want to make another batch because they were eaten so fast. Yummy yummy! I added some of the pulled chicken that I poached to make the chicken stock. It was delish!
My next adventure will be to make those lovely short ribs and the potato koogle. Wish me luck! Thanks for making this wonderful instalment. I throughly enjoyed it and its a keeper in my library. All the best to you. Happy Belated Passover! .John

I wonder if NYT is going to continue their relationship with Alison. So saddening that she mocked Kondos accent, called her a bch, said it was crazy Chrissy Teigen was successful (which is twice as insulting because Teigen was to be an executive producer of her show. Then she passively aggressively publicly apologized only to Teigen, while making it sound like Teigen was guilty too. She never publicly apologized to Kondo. I hope she can learn from this, and find a way to truly apologize rather than to continue mocking the people she was unkind to.
