Hi Sadia,
I have been following you for a couple of years now and have seen your journey since then. Kudos to creating such an informative community, really appreciate it. I love watching your videos and learn so much from them. Thanks a lot for continuing to make such great content.
One thing that I'd like to point out is that since the very beginning I found your videos very relaxing and calm. This one had so much valuable information but I felt it was so rushed and you were speaking so fast that it gave me anxiety and stress.
I think we all wouldn't mind an extra 3 to 4 minutes of you speaking in your usual calm and peaceful manner (guess that's one of your USPs.
Lots of Love!

Huberman lab just put up a really interesting podcast about salt. I eat pretty much all home cooked food and I put minimal amounts of salt in my food (because we re all told about the dangers of excess salt, but he then described the symptoms of sodium (salt) deficiency which were fatigue, low blood pressure and anxiety all of which I have! They described the OPTIMAL salt intake for those without hypertension to be higher than the government recommendations, which is easy to go over with a lot of processed food, but actually for those of us who cook whole food plant based at home we need to be more generous with how we salt our food

The tryptophan is first converted to niacin and then into serotonin. For the avergae person, this conversion is only for 3. 3% of the tryptophan absorbed into the brain. You can increase it by ensuring you have adequate Iron, B6 and B2 which you can get these from spinach, oats, eggs, salmon, chickpeas. You also need to not have high inflammation so research has recommended 1000mg+ of EPA/DHA in a 2: 1 ratio. You can get this from fish oil supplements.
Without this, the same proteins and carbs can actually make you feel worse.

Sadia, could you please comment on eating seeds which were pre-ground or took out from the shell? I am finding contradictory information. Some claim that seeds should be consumed only freshly ground or freshly unshelled because they loose their nutrients shortly after due to oxidation, other claim that it is fine to buy unshelled seeds, and they are still full of nutrients. I am lost. Could you help with that, please?

Hey Sadia! I hope you are doing great. Please do a video upon how using products (may it be skin care or supplements) externally helps us in a way. Like using a sunscreen or a serum or having suppliment. Is that okay to have them for longer run, or one must continue with good food strategy (here I am taking about person, who has balanced minerals and vit on their body. And thankyou for this informative video.

This looks to be the best video to me until date Well, my body cannot tolerate blue radiation as a result of which I cannot spend much time in front of the computer or cellphone. Any remedies or suggestions?
And, I suffer from midnight hunger and have a tendency to eat something sweet first like ice cream followed by something salty like peanuts. Do you have advice to share Sadia?

I appreciate the effort you all put into this, and I don t have any issue with the underlying message. What I see a problem with, is that unqualified people do this kind of research summaries. To evaluate the validity of these studies at least one of you should have some knowledge of statistical methods for healthcare research

You're also wrong about breakfast. Most people eat far too much hence are obesity epidemic. 2 decent meals is enough and fasting between dinner and lunch the next day is much better for health. Many people are moving away from high carb diets and over consumption with 3 square meals.
