KITCHEN ESSENTIALS for food prep & efficiency Momera: I just bought a Ninja system from Costco that includes a big blender, food processor, and 2 of the travel-sized blenders she showed in this video and they all work on the same base! Cheaper than a Vitamix and more powerful than we will ever need. I think it's less wasteful like that than having a different base for every appliance. Now if only a stand mixer was also included, that would be perfection lol.
This is an old video so I doubt Sadia will see this but I'd love to know why you don't have a stand mixer. They're so expensive but so many baking recipes call for it, I would really like to know what you do when a recipe tells you to use a stand mixer

I love my food processor (one from Sunbeam with a lot of attachments) but it takes up a lot of space so I don't use it a lot, sadly. I cannot live without my kettle or cheese grater. I also have two large glass baking trays from Pyrex which are fabulous. I used to have enamel ones from Wiltshire but sadly they didn't last. Swapping to glass was a true test of my oven gloves though!

no human organ is without a meaningful function. Theres a reason we have teeth. Use your teeth to chew and the saliva present in your mouth to break down the foods. Use blenders once in a while to help enhance your meal/ Nutrition intake; your main meal/ nutrition shouldnt come out from a blender! Spend time with the food you are consuming, dont chug it down.

The fact that VitaMix dosent have a foodprocessor attachment is baffling to me.
They have been is the business for over 120 years and yet they still dont know how to make a a food processor.
I mean they have a FoodCycler or whatever that is, but NO, no foodprocessor.

For me? Can make it long without my stock pot.
I make a lot of one pot recipes and the one I have is perfect. I also meal prep eggs or chicken it, but primarily use it for stock, soup, or curry, which is a good percentage of my meals.

The high powered ones that you use in your studio arent available on amazon in my country. But, the ones you use at home are affordable and for beginners, which would be best for me.

My Vitamix Blender. I was a Kitchen Assistant p/t for major culinary retails cooking classes for 4 mos. So thrilled when I was eligible to buy Vitamix and knives at employee discount.

Can you please make a video on different utensils like types of plates, bowls that you have or you think is essential?
And you're videos are really helpful. Thankyou
