Would you recommend these same drinks and anti-inflammatory ingredients for people with IBD? Of course the drinks can't cure IBD but would you say they still work to reduce inflammation?

Love your videos! What about replacing the green tee from the first drink with matcha? Would it enhance it's antioxidant properties? Will adding sugar have a detrimental effect?
