What to EAT for HEALTHY SKIN (science-backed) Pick: Skincare is a tricky beast. There are times when I m stressed and my skin really starts to break out, and as I m getting older I m noticing wrinkles and fine lines start to form. It s all normal and natural, and we each struggle at times with our skin in our own ways. Regardless of where we re at, it helps to be kind to ourselves throughout our skin journey. In the video, we explore only one of the many pillars that impact our skin health: nutrition. It s not the be-all-end-all solution to clear and glowing skin, but it can be a substantial contributor. We hope you enjoy it and learn some new things!

I struggle with skin issues due to hormones! I eat SO healthy and drink over a gallon of water a day(never any other drinks besides coffee and I stay away from sugar entirely)I go to a very natural/organic spa for various treatments once a month, she said she doesn t know anyone who eats healthier and takes better care of her body and skin then me, but sometimes things just have to run their course! I had perfect skin till I had 4 kids

Eat chicken liver 3 times a week. Eat your greens. Make sure you get fiber and drink lots of milk. Don't even know WHY I'm giving you this holy advice but thank God I do!
Do this and you will have the regenerative abilities of a Crocodile, like myself

And check your vitamin B12! I'm now going to the third shot of B12 and recovering from a lot of problems I was having because of B12 insufficiency. I'm a 44 years old vegan woman, my doctor said I'll need to supplement B12 forever
