Hi Community.
I haven't exactly got a quote, but I really want to contribute. Beau Lotto has challenged and change what I think I know and mostly to embrace uncertainty.
'Engaging with the world gives our brain a historical record of experiential feedback that sculpts the neural architecture of the brain. The architecture, and the resulting perceptions that ensure, are our reality. Deviate - Beau Lotto
Also Nancy Kline has challenged me in what assumption I have, and to identify and replace false assumption via incision questions.

My top 3 quotes since childhood
1. Be the change you want to see in the world - Gandhi
2. No one can make you feel inferior without your own consent. - Eleanor Roosevelt
3. Theres a thousand reasons/excuses to why you failed, but only one to success -
I want Success (aka Never Give Up) - My Mum

The biggest one that changed my mindset was done is better than perfect. I've heard it in different words in many different places now. This doesn't mean not to try to make something good, but for a perfectionist like me it gives me permission to finish something without it being perfect all the time.

I felt low today after waking up from my bed and talking to some people. You made my day Sadia by changing my mood and making my heart a bit light. It is becoming my routine everyday to watch at least one video of yours. I feel calm and peaceful after that. Thank You! :)

The edges of the experiences we fear form a kind of invisible fence that limits the life we allow ourselves to have. Resilient by Rick and Forrest Hanson (my favorite Audible book for 2020 so far)

You are awesome, I can't stop listening to you, your views, the repeated positive energy. Thank you! I feel more like taking care of myself - health and mind (especially food)

I know I'm late but I recently found this quote by Confucius It does not matter how slowly you go so long as you do not stop and that really had a positive impact on me.

I often tell myself when negative thoughts are coming up that I am what I choose to be in this moment. This shifts my attention from negative to positive thought.
