Budget meals under 2 / 2 vegan + delicious Sheetal: Great recipes and I love your the food, your cooking, style, utensils, the way you present it, et all. Just curious where do you buy your produce/ingredients from? I also live in Netherlands and a block of Tofu costs me 2. 50 Eur in a Turkish store (& even more in the DUTCH super markets, also a bell pepper costs about. 50 to. 60 cents a piece. I understand prices can be different, but curious to know where do you buy stuff from? Thanks. Cheers.

I watched your video and as soon as I finished, I prepared the green cury. I am indian and it ressembles a bit my mom's dal recipe but with the coconut and blended spinach added. It was a nice twist to my usual and so delicious. Definitelty going to make it again!

Hi Sadia, thanks for this amazing meals ideas. I think I try the sweet sour meal first. I love sweet and sour. Is it ok to put this meals in the freezer and enjoy them after a couple of days? Maybe the tofu is going to be chunky after freeze them, right?

Unfortunately in the US, California specifically, tofu alone costs between 2. 50-4. 50 a package/block. Your 2. 00 meals would be closer to 10. 00 here. I love the tart idea! Will definitely make that! Thank you for sharing and Happy New Year!

Hi Sadia,
Thanks for your recipes. But, can I ask if these are healthy in the sense for e. g. the first recipe seem to have a more than usual amount of sodium? :) thanks again.
