That creamy sage pasta recipe is almost identical to the one Gaz Oakley/avantgardevegan made on the 15 minute meals video, except instead of kale and mushrooms, here you used butternut squash and arugula. :/ I think you should've mentioned that it was inspired by him since in that video you say that you've never used sage before, and you didn't know that you could add pasta water to the finished pasta and now you're making a very similar recipe to his with the creamy sage + using that pasta water trick. Idk I think you should credit him and not make it seem like your own recipe. You've done this in the past where I've seen you take inspiration from other people's blog/Instagram recipes (like the buffalo tofu amongst others) but this one is from a fellow vegan who's a chef and he has less followers than you, so I think credit should be given where it's due since it was his recipe. Edit: I just noticed you said you can top it with pine nuts, which is exactly what he does in that video. Wow! This isn't right.

I have a question about the squash seeds: can you really it them like that? Don't you need to peel something of or something? I've tried to roast the seeds myself, but when I ate them I had the feeling that I had to peel the wooden textured skin off of it.
Maybe relevant to know: I'm dutch and we call both squash and pumpkin pompoen, so maybe there is a difference there that I don't know of.

Ohh, these look awesome! Can't wait to try some of these. The background at the start of the video looks amazing, by the way. :) I do feel like you're cheating with not including salt and pepper in the ingredients, haha. Always love your videos!

Aaaah, pasta! Might do the first one but mix the zucchini as well cause I hate the taste and texture but it might get hidden in the pesto. Sounds delicious otherwise!

I love your way of cooking where you use only what is necessary (for example by cooking the pasta and the peas together, no time or energy consuming items or steps!

You don t break down and WASH your broccoli before cooking it.
That s gross.
All produce needs to be broken down and thoroughly washed before usage.
