RECIPE By Lucas Lerman, POPSUGAR Food INGREDIENTS 1 cup whole milk 4 tablespoons bittersweet chocolate, shaved 1/2 cup red wine Whipped cream DIRECTIONS In a small pot over medium heat, add milk and chocolate and cook until chocolate has completely melted and mixture is hot. Pour into a cup and add red wine. Stir until mixed. Top with whipped cream and shaved chocolate

Ive pretty much been doing the same thing for years just with gelato. Mixing chocolate peanut butter gelato with some nice red wine is so incredibly good. One of the best ways to relax. And for the holidays, pumpkin spice gelato and Fireball is pretty good too

I had a bottle of red wine that didnt taste well to me. So a hot chocolate with it mixed in. It was the best night time drink I ever had and I slept so good after drinking it

Triple-sec works wonders too. But just add one or two doses. Half a cup would be too strong. Any brand will do but I like to use Cointreau.
