Be careful making it with eggs. Due to the Lava part of the cake being technecally raw cake you have to be care due to saminella issues. usually itll be fine if its bordline raw but if you pull it out too early it could be dangerous, otherwise great video

Ok, either she is blessed with God Given Genes to metabolize all the junk food in the world or she must be working out like an Olympic Athlete to burn off all those calories. Whatever it may be, more power to you, girl.

I hate how Americans call it chocolate molten lava cake. its chocolate _fondant_ which is French for Volcano because the melted chocolate flows out like a volcano, hence the name, Fondant.

I put half 70% and half semi-sweet chocolates w/ 1/3cup sugar and 1 stick of butter. After having my first bite I suggest cut that sugar by half because this shit definitely give me cavities.

I just bought one from the grocery store bakery and OMG it was so good. I am a glutton for punishment. Im on dialysis and not supposed to have chocolate. So I guess Im grounded. LOL.

So. Its 12: 28 AM and this just went into my oven. And I gotta be up at 5: 30 AM for work. Note to self: never watch food videos of any kind after 9 PM. This better be worth it

Spun sugar in the form of a spiral around and over the cake to enclose it into a transparent silky cone of spun sugar can do numbers on not only decoration, but, the flavor.
