Content creator Jona Won takes on the T-bone steak challenge by serving up his take on lomo saltado, a traditional Peruvian stir-fry. Chifa, a Chinese Peruvian cooking style that combines ingredients from both cultures, influences the bold flavors and techniques in this recipe. Once the stir-fry is complete, it's paired with double the starch: fried potatoes and rice. Top it off with salsa criolla, a fresh pickled onion salad, and you've got one vibrant dish with just the right amount of heat. Drink responsibly. Modelo Chelada Flavored Beer. I've made a countless number of lomo saltado recipes (Ricardo Zarate's is my favorite) over a high heat wok burner. Most of the recipes you find online or in cookbooks are pretty similar so hats off to hungryJona for doing something interesting and different (making a stock, using oyster sauce, tallow, etc. hungryjona would love to see your take on Aji Verde sauce.

The best lomo I’ve ever had was at a place in Baltimore and it truly might be the best thing I’ve ever eaten in my life. I have yet to find someplace local that does it justice, might have to take a crack at it with a gas stove and my wok.

I would like to mention that at Demi god and higher u get almost all your strings armor broken. F12, back 12 etc. u have to bait a armor move to survive. Maybe close some gaps would be also an idea

I am Peruvian. Sorry but this video upset me haha. Unwashed rice Ginger puree Oyster sauce! If I show this to my abuela, she'll riot.
Kudos on the salsa criolla though, that looked good

Maybe this is Lomo al Jugo, a different and very good recipe. Don’t see any saltado out there and should be careful with garlic
