Well Sam, you basically told me the other day that, come Friday (today, your leftover segment would put my idea of a humble meatloaf omelet to shame. You are absolutely right. Sam, you may have said before but I missed it. I have got to know, where did you get your garlic press. I have to get it for my sons birthday in October. We love love love your show. Your recipes are amazing. Especially any and all things Asian. BTW, from the East coast and Deep South. Great job on the cheesy grits. Meatloaf leftover ideas-awesome!

Sam I don't want to sound silly here but have you ever tried leftover meatloaf as the base for a sandwich spread? Some Duke's mayo with chopped celery, chopped Onio. awwwww I know you know how to make a spread but(we make meatloaf just to eat it the next day ) great ideas with the vid. I will try them Thank's!

I've been threatening to make my wife a meatloaf for over a year. She has horrible childhood memories of dry meatloaf. Where I on the other hand had a mother who is/was a culinary magician and love meatloaf. I'm making it. and she will see meatloaf greatness.

hey sam i like making meatloaf during the day with a good amount of parm in it and then i let it rest and cool for dinner then i make 2ish inch slices of it and hard sear each side. its honestly amazing. have you ever tried this? just curious
