Today I'll show you how to make the best loaded french fries at home in the deep fryer Ken: Your Cuisinart 4-Qt Deep Fryer in Silver is Model # CDF-230 (SKU 46785893. I could only locate this brand new 'current' model at Bed Bath & Beyond for 99. 99, less a 15% discount for signing up with my email account thereon their website. Not available on Amazon, just older (discounted) models. All other Cuisinart 4-qt models on Amazon were analog (with inaccurate black knobs/dials) rather than the digital LED display/model like yours, selling for 30. 00 less. A 2nd option is a Breville 4-Qt. Deep Fryer for 30. 00 more at 129. 95, also available for comparison at Bed Bath and Beyond. I hope this information assists everyone interested in a 4-Qt. Deep Fryer purchase.

Fun fact, there's no real benefit to making your own fries besides feeling more important then you actually are and being able to say I make my own fries with a fry press like a douchebag lol. Skip that step and look for fries at your local grocery store that says Skin on crispy Fries I'm telling you/warning you right now, if you use those fries with Skin on and crispy. It'll change you life, you will never use any other fry type to make anything and the best part is those skin on crispy fries is like 2-3 dollars. Hell if you wanna feel important just say you made them with the fry press, who's gonna know lom

Oh and you know you lied right? I know for the video sake you have to pretend those fries are amazing and they would of been but as a chef, I can tell those fries were left in to long while you cut the steak. That's the type of burnt fries that keeps getting rock hard even after they've been taken out. The albino fries were probably the best type. You should of taken those fries out when they were golden brown before you started cutting the steak

I really can't stand the uncooked animal on all that perfectly cooked food. Although it does look tasty. Cook the meet, otherwise why not eat the animal in the pasture like a neanderthal. Idk it's just any living thing that I know carries bacteria I'd just rather know it's been through a process to ensure I don't contract some ebola type shit. Also I guess my subjective opinion is that I'd rather not have slimey bloody food.

Sorry Sam those fries are too brown, make them the way we Belgians doit, please give it a try! first blanch them in ox/beeffat at around 120 celcius, and then give them a second fry ( when cooled down completly! ) at around 180 celcius in a neutral oil untill golden, do note golden, not golden brown! They should look like those albino fries u were talking about. Please give it a try, youll never cook fries another way

If you want the ultimate home made fries, once you cut them soak them in sugar water for at least an 1/2 hour or better yet an hour! That is how Micky D's use to do them 40 years ago. They had that special goodness about them back then because of the sugar water. The proper way to make the sugar water is dissolve sugar at room temp until no more will dissolve, then add fries and some ice.

Hello Sam and Max. It's like the United Nations of French Fries. I shot coffee out my nose. 'Can't wait to take the coaster down and eat at you restaurant. Thank you both. That vegetable cutter is hot shit for fifteen bucks. I'm getting one.

Sam's got the most anti-climactic taste tests. Like he'll chew for 10 seconds with a facial expression that says this is the best thing I've ever eaten and then just start calmly talking about his dog or something

Reason some of your fries turned out dark could be that the sugar content in a couple of those potatoes was high. Just soak in hot water next time to bring sugar content down and color will return
