You may not be aware, but when you chill over negative comments, and tell us of your knot-making background and how you just do what you do, you actualy take a lot of pressure off those of us who really get stuck in technique. Getting stuck takes the fun out of it, and your comments unstick us. Well, at least me. So, keep doing knots as you do. Keep your technique and continue to learn as you teach us! Thanks for some inspiring videos!

Ok i am big fan, but when you say that you dont listen to GOOD advice, just means fail. For example i reacted to when you butchers twined the chicken, you did not double a roatation with the twine on each leg. it has a risk to escape the twine. Dont be a douce, take in advice to perfect yourself til u die Atleast that is my Philosophy.

I have never ever used those little lighter cubes in my chimney starter, but after having to use printer paper to light my starter Sunday because I didn't have ANY news paper in my entire house, and seeing how easy it is to start with those cubes, I am getting myself some before I grill again!

I'm getting my Big Joe 3 kamado delivered tomorrow with the Joetisserie and am going to do this recipe for my first cook. FYI i was going to do my counters in slate and was told not to because it flakes off. They sold me on granite. Both will mess up a good knife as well. Just saying.

I just made this recipe the exact way you said and I let it sit over night and made everyone's plate, sat down and the dark meat is SOOOOO SALTY you cant eat it! I Am so upset and disappointed. The breast is AMAZING and moist the rest is WAY TO SALTY!

Found this by luck, I'm in the UK with the current COVID-19 lockdown. Found the rotisserie by chance and had a chicken, it's on the BBQ (gas) now. I'm not really a cook, but have fingers crossed that it will come out well. Thanks for a great video.
