Are you fed up of the same old pasta, rice and potato as a midweek meal and are looking for something just as easy but a little different? Why not give polenta a go!

Nice idea BUT that's not real polenta! XD Trust me, I make polenta since forever. the original recipe has less ingredients. just salted water and mais flour (polenta. and I guess you used instant polenta since you cooked it only for a few minutes. real polenta takes 40 minutes to cook. takes long but it's worth the time! XD
Anyway I alway love your videos! XD

ainanor Thanks! Lol. isn't that part of the fun? If you can't enjoy cooking then what's the point. It should be laugh. And if a laugh involves a little clumsy mess then we'll all deal with it. Haha

polenta is very common in my country, it's part of our cultural matrix.
it seems the polenta in the states is more unhealthy and full of additives tho.

Polenta - it reminds me of the smash that school used to serve up! :) I used to love it, but pretend to hate it - cos NO one likes school dinners! :L

Ewww! You should wear gloves when mixed up!
But. Wow. It looks so yummy: D
Anyway. I think it's quite high of carbonhidrat, not suitable for me

Why on earth do Brits call zucchini courgettes? Is it the Norman influence on the language or just an artifact of anti-Italian sentiment from WWII?
