My guess is that he ate way too much of them at one time and got sick, or he just does not like the smell of them (at 1: 29 he really falls back when he inhales.

I personally hate the texture of bananas. The taste is fine. I made banana pudding for Father's Day and my mom, who was supposed to help but didn't, said to cut them up. There so slimy! It took 10 minutes to open the first since I didn't know how to open the damn thing. Ya. Not a banana fan.

You mention cream both in the video and in the recipe on your website, but the ingredients list doesn't list cream. So. waiting to make these, my HCB's are getting more and more stale! I'll probably just make it without cream eventually, but an updated recipe list would be nice.

Are these Hot cross buns something like normal raisin buns? Cause I've never heard of them, so I guess we don't have them here. But I would really like to make this.

I make this, but without the bananas - instead spread jam or marmelade on the HCBs before putting them in the dish. It's a family favourite dessert! :)

Why are they always using unripe/green bananas? They are very starchy and not sweet or flavourful. Maybe it is just a UK thing?
