CANNED FOOD Taste Tests & Chef Hacks minichirops: I eat tinned. everything. I feel like he needs representation. Of course, for me the biggest thing was that you can get tinned beets for borscht, which may be the most amazing food ever. But I love /sulfer/ notes in my food. I eat grilled onions as a meal. And since I have IBS anyway, I feel like I should get to enjoy whatever noxious foods I crave, since they won't hang on much.
Except my pregnant wife's cravings. Second child, and I gained 30 pounds last time.

Here in Belize Spam and Corned Beef are regulars in house holds. We fry the onions and pepper (finely chopped) in little butter first, then add the corned beef. Cook until all that white stuff melts (lol) and add an egg or two. Turn corn beef to scramble egg, when the egg is cooked your meal is done. Some white rice, fry plantain, veggie salad and you have yourself a great dinner!

I know I'm a few months late commenting but at the start of the video in Ben's place, do I spot a World of Warcraft Pandaren plush next to the YT pillow? It looks a lot like the Lil Chen Blizzard had a while back. I knew Ben got hooked into the game and dressed up as a Pandaren but I didn't think it would amount to this.

Do you know what my biggest dream is right now? I would love to come and be on the show. I am a Jamie kind of person, I love watching Jamie on your show. Like him I am not a chef but I do love eating. The only thing about this particular episode that disturbs me is spam, Jamie no spam is always a hard no always.

I frequently use tinned corn, chick peas and beans in salads. They maintain all their flavour I can buy in bulk where they're on sale, and they won't go off. Also, no need to prep and cook so massive time saver.

I love spam. fry it up and it's delicious in scrambled eggs, or mixed with mac and cheese, or even just a sandwich. Spam musubi is delicious too! Too much stigma against canned things. it drives me nuts.

I used a can of garbanzo beans to make a sweet bean filling for some homemade steam buns. It was a lot easier than going through the process of cooking sweet beans from dry, and it was super quick.

I eat canned sardines or anchovies sauteed with butter, garlic, and onions in the pan with salsa and Tin Fish. It makes a nice red sauce and I boiled some plantains and I eat it with that. Try it

Nobody eats cold spam! Fried is so good, look up spam musubi, perfect snack for hiking or just lazy days! STOP eating it raw and saying its gross! Of course it is, so is raw chicken!
