Oh, crap. Looks like you are going to be promoting the horrible, horrible trend of burgers that can't be eaten without wearing it all. Burgers should NOT be spheres. If you have a giant ball of meat on a bun, you're doing it wrong. If you have ingredients and sauces combined in a way that requires a frilly toothpick to keep it together, you're doing it wrong. I loathe this style of burger. I know the video of the yolk popping and oozing down the side is pretty, but it makes for a terrible burger. You want the yolk to stay ON the burger, not spraying through the air and down onto the plate.

Make burgers with meat other than beef. Turkey, venison, bison, pork, whatever strikes your fancy. Maybe include more than one meat in the burgers, more than one meat in every single patty even! A suggestion: my mother makes wonderful burgers, with the patties stuffed with all different types of cheeses, caramelized onions and other vegetables. So mix and match different favors! My favorite is a beef patty stuffed with onions and sharp cheddar: D
One last thing: a restaurant here in town has burgers where the buns are grilled cheese sandwiches. food for thought; )

SORTED Food I have also made vegetarian type burgers before. One thing that I remember putting into them was chick peas. They were good.
Burgers and all cooking and baking are kind of like being an artist or musician creating a work of art or a song. There are diffrent elements that go into it. All these bits and pieces are diverse unto themselves, yet when combined make something extra special. I love cooking because it is a great thing sharing with other people.

SORTED Food Try using ground lamb in your burgers. Use extra virgin olive oil, minced garlic, dried Greek oregano, ground cumin, ground coriander, a bit of chili or paprika, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Use feta cheese, tomato and onion as a garnish. You can also use tzadziki ( hope I spelled it right ) as a condiment. There are many diffrent types of burgers. The sky's the limit.

I make my own by grinding a rib eye steak then seasoning it with salt, pepper, smoked paprika and all spice. I also add in chopped onions and jalapenos and mix it in with the meat. After cooking the burgers I construct them as bun-lettuce-burger-hashbrown-bun. Delicious!

I really love you guys, you are hilarious. My favourite burgers has ground beef season with little salt and pepper, stuff with cheese and top with lettuce, tomato, pickles and spicy mayo and do not forget the buns #beatmyburger

I usually eat a cheeseburger or hamburger with mustard, and all the usual vegetables, but one of my favorites is a swiss cheese and mushroom burger. Also, I love one with avocado on it. Looking forward to the series. :)

This has opened my eyes to the world of burgers. The only burgers I knew before this video were the ones from Maccas, so I've always had in my mind that burgers were fast food rubbish. :( I've been missing in on life!

Best burger I have ever had is the breakfast burger at Red Cow in Minneapolis, MN. Fried egg, bacon, cheese, the burger, and peanut butter on sourdough. Peanut butter. On a burger. Don't worry it works, a little too well.

I know pizza isn't necessarily as versatile as burgers, but it's been a while, so how about a #PassMyPizza challenge, to find the Internet's ultimate pizza?
