With the holidays fast approaching (like Thanksgiving and Christmas) we thought it was time for another banging leftover turkey recipe. This broth is delicious, nutritious and easy to make

Dear whoever answers the comments (I have no idea): Any alternatives to the celery and celeriac? Im allergic but I really want to make this. Gonna Christmas it up using the green pistou and add red pistou with cranberries and peppers! Also, can we use olive oil rather than nasty ass rapeseed or should it be another flavourless oil instead? Thanks!

So sort of a boiled dinner only with a bit more flavor. Cool. It's fall here, and I bet this would be great on the chillier days.
What if you added some sort of pasta to it? Or, Oh, had some really dense home made bread!
.
Great. Now I'm hungry. Good thing I have some odon noodles and miso laying around. X1

We make this somewhat differently in Chile, call it Cazuela or Carbonada. Mainly done with beef, and a sprinkle of chopped up cilantro on the plate, served with rice as well (cooked in its own pot and added before pouring the broth in.

Hey folks, I distinctly remember a video where Ben, on his bicycle, set out to London to try a vegetarian alternative to fried chicken, but for the life of me I cannot find it. Can someone help me out?

These Made Better episodes take me back to what I love about Sorted Foods; great recipes and techniques with just a little bit of silly. Thank you, Kenwood, for sponsoring my favorite show on YouTube.

French foodie here. You don't normally eat pistou with pot au feu, but I like the twist! Cooking is all about experimenting, after all. Kudos to you lot. Looks fab.

I like to whack the pot on full heat with a dash of oil for few minutes, before adding the liquid. Gives a slight, delicious char taste to the broth and veggies

I was seriously ill when i watched this. And yes, watching this was a bad idea. The moment you took the skin off of the chicken i threw up and now it haunts me.
