I went to mexico with my friends and the stove at the airbnb didnt work but we had already bought eggs so we ended up cooking them in the microwave by placing them in a cup with water and salt and microwaving for 2 minutes and we got perfectly hard boiled eggs. Surprisingly not bad!

Seems like james doesn't appreciate the yolks, his thoughts might've been scrambled from the many techniques he demonstrated so his brain could be a little fried. I'm surprised he didn't start poaching about being traditional. Love you james!

You missed an opportunity when the eggs fell on the floor to show the easy way to clean up a broken egg on the floor: dump a load of salt on it, and then you can easily sweep it up, rather than trying to wipe up a goopy mess.
