6 Heavenly Cream Cheese Recipes You Need In Your Life Lee Lu: My family likes blueberry chicken. Cook 4 savory seasoned chicken breasts in a sauce pan until food safe temperature. [Generally I use olive oil, garlic salt & pepper. Use what you want. ]In a medium bowl, mix entire 8 oz package of philly (or your favorite brand) cream cheese with whisk until it loosens up. Fold in 1 pint of fresh blueberries and 1/4 cup of blueberry syrup (can use blueberry preserves/ jam, regular honey or other syrup. If mixture is too thick, then thin with up to 1/4 cup of preferred milk or either (heavy / half & half) cream. Pour over chicken in pan and stir to cover well. Serve immediately. Also works with pork chops or turkey breasts.
