On top of it the two longest lived people on Earth are people that eat the Mediterranean diet which is mostly made up of carbs like grains and potatoes, and the people of the Japanese Ryuku Islands (sp) whose diet is over half sweet potato. If you want to lose weight eat balanced, eat reasonably, and get physical activity, preferably exercise that accelerates your heart rate.

If you seriously want to lose weight, cut out almost all carbs. Fats are fine but stay tf away from carbs. No root vegetables (so no potatoes Tasty ) No pasta, no wheat products, no rice, no sugars, no soy. Limit your dairy. You will see results. It is hard, truly. As long as you give yourself cheat days every so often you will be able to do it and it will be very rewarding. Me and my partner have seen great results doing this and we feel better for it.

tasty is starting to spread themselves thin. gotta appeal to every type of eating lifestyle that exists. although they are still extremely biased toward the fat ass eating lifestyle of comfort food and crazy high calorie desserts and shit. next up, do videos for people on the raw meat only diet. its a thing. .

dont believe in low carb. it is overrated. some time ago I did it by the book (of dr. atkins. I kmew everything about it. after two years my body screamed for carbs and I couldnt resist any longer. you cant do it all your life. I gained all the weight back AND MORE. so here I am, fat again.

Ok so regardless of if this is low carb or not but this is what you consider healthy? All off the dishes are really high in fat and the portion size must be really small to be under 800 calories per serving. This is not what I would consider for staying fit.

Officially gonna try that quiche (with cauliflower in the place of the potatoes. Looks like it might be great for meal prep as Im trying to get more veggies in. Easy to go a little overboard with the eggs/bacon/meat on keto.

Whoever comes up with these low carb recipes needs to research what low carb actually is. Potatoes, brown sugar and flour are NOT low carb. There was 1 recipe outta the 5 that was actually LC. Stop your lies

You can be fit on a regular, balanced diet, carbs included. Stop promoting unsustainable diets and instead promote eating veggies, fruits, whole grains and legumes along with living a lifestyle

Just out of curiosity has anyone noticed how expensive some of these recipes are using fresh herbs and all the different sauces and how many ingredients go into these dishes?
