How To Make A Filling Salad Recipe Ichie Yamato: Anybody else thinks getting fat from oil is not worth it? Like Id rather have more chicken to fill me up than a tbsp of oil from a dressing. I make my dressings water based and thicken them up with a dilluted teaspoon of cornstarch. Because its water based meaning I can make it from juices like tomatoes, starfruit, pineapple, lime etc. I can have as much sauce since its not made from oil or mayonnaise.

Sooooo. no one is talking about the magic cheese that appeared on the salad and them skipping the whole cream/fattiness aspect? Or is that cotton cheese or whatever that is the ONLY acceptable choice? Come on, you sure had like 3 writers and 5 editors working on that

Jeez, my familys homemade salad looks just as good if not better than this one, and its not nearly as fancy. All you really need to make a good salad, is healthy stuff like lettuce, carrot, cucumber, avocado, and a solid dressing recipe.

When they make something fatty, the anti-American dicks always comment This is why all Americans are fat and out of shape. But when they make something healthy like this, nobody says This is why Americans are slim and fit

She sounds like shes reading from a script. no offense. I like when the other tasty narrators have a bunch of natural emotion in their voice like theyre just describing what they see not reading it. sorry.

My favorite is Mexican cob salad with creamy cilantro dressing. Funny that you didnt talk about the cheese and it just showed up, lol cheese is one of the most important parts for me

for those who have a gout problem, try avoiding adding food high in purine, like liver, bacon, turkey, some seafoods and shellfish like anchovies, sardines, codfish, etc.
