These recipes are very creative and look delicious. On the 1st one i would use fresh grated parmesan reggiano & kick it up a notch, so good, plus a side bowl of marinara would be great for dipping.

has anyone tried this? I feel like the texture of the chips would be terrible fried might work but the baked ones would just taste like raw pasta wouldn't they?
