So it's ground pork in a roll wrapped in intestinal tissue yeah that's a sausage or a hot dog not a hamburger it's a cool recipe but you should call it something else it's more closely related to a sausage for sure

Caul is fairly common in France, you can find crepinettes in the butcher, that's ground meat, generally pork, that looks a lot like your recipe in fact XDWe cook them in boiling water and it's great; D

As a half Moroccan who has loves the Eid al Adha skewers traditionally made with caul fat, I found her reaction to it amusing. Bbq'd skewers with caul fat and some cumin and salt perfect.

Broth is like the water that veggies boils in or that meat boils in. It usually has salt and other seasonings and spices in to give it a distinct taste.

That was great. I guess caul really isn't any more gross than a sausage casing. It reminds me of tripe which is just gonna have to be NO for me.

Looks good to me. I think the only thing that made it gross is mentioning that the fat casing came from surrounding the organs you know.
