This young lady is quite creative, i have never made gnocchi with instant mashed potatoes, but i have used Idahoan brand for just mashed potatoes in a pinch, they are pretty good & i may try them to make gnocchi. if taste & texture are good i may have a new quick recipe, although i think i will still like my homemade mashed potatoes, but the instants are a time saver.

Wow, she's really outdone herself. I would've never thought to use mashed potatoes to make gnocchi. Maybe that's just me though since I've never actually had it before
