That's not real siracha I've been calling it rooster sauce since the 80's because there wasn't any English on the bottle, the only thing I recognized was the rooster from the brand. I like how the staff took the panel off the Japanese mayonnaise because there are so many different Japanese mayos

You say oil splashing is that bad, but I got splashed on my stomach with about a small palm full of oil, and it basically cooked my skin in the spots it hit, and it burned for about three days after, and I still have scars where it burned, and imagine having to take a shower with that.

I've lost a good chunk of my finger on a mandolin. x_x It was not a fun time. I'm glad Rie uses the mandolin slowly and carefully, when I see chefs use them super fast I get queasy because I remember how badly it hurt to cut myself. :(

I don't get the hate towards canned tuna. Here in Spain we have such delicious tuna, especiallly if you buy ventresca, wich is the fancier more noble parts of the animal.
