Five Make-Ahead Holiday Party Snacks rebeckymo: These all look great except for the potato deviled eggs, which seems a little 'eh'. I'd personally just scoop out all the potato from the shells, make it into potato salad using similar ingredients, then serve them back in the skins ala bite size twice-baked potatoes. Less plain potato that way.

I liked all 5, on the deviled potatoes you could have a real creative presentation by boiling extra eggs, make your deviled mix, place some whole round boiled yolks in the scoop you made in the potato & then piping a swirled deviled mix on top of that.
