6 Healthy Fruit Bowl Recipes Elsa D: I would suggest adding orange juice instead of water and sometimes instead of milk--you can barely taste it, it just gives it more of a zing with added citrus, especially with the tropical or fruit smoothies. Howevr, only add a little bit because orange juice is normally high in sugar despite having fiber and folic acid.

Wow Tasty thank you, that was so delicious to watch, and healthy. Some places it was a bit fast to follow the recipe, I hope it can be slowed down a little. More fruit videos please, especially berries; )

Im such a picky eater I dont eat a lot of things with actual flavour lol which is sad cuz thats why I always have colds and I doubt Id like any of these lol but I wish I would cuz they look amazing

You can even put the ingredients in plastic bags then throw it in the blender to meal prep or if you want something thicker make it the night before and pour the mix in an ice cube tray and freeze

Could you imagine making the first bowl for someone not knowing they have an extreme peanut allergy and they die of anaphylactic shock when you are just trying to be nice

it wouldve turned out better if you froze the fruit beforehand instead of just adding the ice, it makes it melt faster and by the time you consume it its really liquified

why are you posting this in the winter though? (granted its summer in the other half of the world but tasty primarily catters to north america)
