I will say the first is a great recipe although if the purpose of sauce on the bottom first is to prevent sticking, greasing with oil dose the same trick but with less mess and more formed together pieces. Tried it on my last and loved the result

my big sister taught me how to make yummy, easy lasagna she came up with when shes still in college living alone. meat sauce, white sauce, lasagna strips, and repeat, then top with pizza melty cheese, then bake

Interesting. I'd try the ratatouille version, but it's too much work to make. I like the idea of a combo of one and two, just adding the sauteed peppers and onions to the meat version.

Classic lasagna takes more time. You build the red sauce from scratch, not just adding beef to marinara sauce. Tomatoes, basil, parsley. the effort is worth it

32 0z of marinara? that's just a standard jar. I've dumped like the biggest size 64 oz jars into them before and it still didn't feel enough.
