Steve Logan: These were fairly nice recipes, on 1st one i would not reduce a balsamic vinegar as a good one has just the right flavor. It seems appx. 90 % of your meat based recipes are chix & not everyone lives on chix. Are you all anti beef/pork, i'd like to see some recipes with beef cuts like flank, hanger, sirloin, ny strip, ribeye, roasts, etc. & pork, tenderloin, loin, , shoulders, chops, etc. i've seen a few with ground beef or ribs, but please up the ante.
