Cool recipe but umm if you had to grind the cookie in the end then why waste so much of the dough by cutting the cookies in circles? Just knead the dough in a rectangle shape and use a knife to cut little squares. Voila No waste

You should make the 2 days cheesecake first, and 2 days later make the 2 hours cheesecake and the last one the 20 minutes cheesecake. So u can taste it in one time. U can compare them too

The 2 day one seems to sweet to me. I love my cheesecakes to have some acidity. The other 2 are more my style. But those are all great.
