Andrew's explanation of his pickler/peanut butter sandwich was exactly what I thought of when he first revealed it - like an Americanized and deconstructed Thai dish. I always get peanut sauce and cucumber sauce with noodles or chicken satay

Ok but the penut butter and pickle sandwich is so good I switch out the pickle with gurken so its a bit sweeter, lol don't know why more people haven't tried/heard of it
