They all look really good, but the 30 minute version of curry is the winner In general I love food that is made 30 minutes or less, I have no patience for slow cooking, the food is so gooood

As an Indian, I approve these recipes, good job KanchanP. S.: The 3 min recipe was obviously not traditional, but no curry can be made in minutes, so I think it was a pretty good idea.

I usually do the 3 hour type of Curry, and it drives me crazy when people try to make curry with curry powder and then complain it doesn't taste right.
