This was a great episode! Inga always great. Though, as a few commented below, I thought the premise of the show was to cook one traditional & one trendy version of the same dish? Plus, though they were both pies, they were two completely different pies.

The way she says dough like a 5 year old took my heart. Like she has baked a million times but every time she does it she acts like she is doign the first time and it's the best. This gurl is a moooooddd!

Loved the series! How about expanding from what is traditionally eaten to international dishes? Tradition as global would be a challenge to make trendy!
