Im SO SORRY but that garlic sauce looked disgusting Who would want a whole cup of garlic and oil. now I know that sounds kinda good but when you actually think about it it is just MUSHY STANKY AND JUST EMBARRASSING. I would just not eat that. :(

Made the first one today. It was OK but a little soggy and unappertising in the middle. Think next time ill periodically shave and store the meat whilst cooking to get more caramelisation. Just like they do in kebab shops.

as a turk, i can say that the first kebab was so wrong because probably inside will not be cooked, thats why we turks cook it slowly by turning and cutting simultenously. i didnt watch others. DSLKED
