You should try Churros, but like we make them in Spain. They are more on the savory side, de dough is made with only flour, salt, and boiling water. Tips: don't coat them in sugar, and dip them in sweet, thiccccccc, and decadent hot cocoa. If you add some baking powder agent and let the dough rest a little bit they are called Porras. Warning: BE VERY CAREFUL when frying, Porras or Churros, both tend to EXPLODE VIOLENTLY in the EXTREMELY HOT FRYING OIL.

I'll tell you the secret, they don't make their own. They use foodcart staple churros that are made in mass production. Then they only need ovens on the carts to cook them when needed. Smart and final sell Tio Pepe churros which are basically the ones that Disney uses. You just bake, top with cinnamon sugar and eat! Very simple, and exactly like the parks.
