4 Fat-Free Desserts You Wont Regret Mastanite: When will people understand that fat is not necessarily unhealthy. A severe surplus or deficit of ANYTHING is whats unhealthy. Fat just has the largest number of calories per gram compared to the other macros, but because its so satiating, youll feel full without eating much. Besides, fat is needed for the proper regulation of hormones. Carbs on the other hand, whether from fruits or not, can be eaten in gargantuan amounts in one sitting and usually contribute to body fat much more significantly than fat does, despite having lower calories per gram. Saying fat free items are a guilty-free pleasure is just deceptive. Everything is fine in moderation.

Fat isnt the enemy. You can have a lot of fat in your diet and not gain body fat. SUGAR and simple carbohydrates are what make you fat. This diet myth of avoiding dietary fat really needs to go away. Your body needs dietary fats to survive. You DONT need sugar or simple carbs. Often fat free foods are WORSE for you because if you artificially remove the fat from a food product it wont taste as good. so what do big companies do to compete? Add more sugar/corn syrup. I know its not what people like to hear because we have an addiction to sugar but thats the facts.

Whats wrong with fats, they are so healthy for you have you ever heard the keto diet. People who dont understand that there are the good fats and the bad, the bad are fast food and oils that you fry with then there is the good, thats coconut, butter, there is fat even in fish and fish is high in fat aswell as avocado, healthy fat is a great way to lose weight. Look it up.

I dont like how you put the calories: / I mean theyre on the tasty website for those who want to see. I know this doesnt concern everyone but after my ED I have bad habits regarding obsessive calorie counting and can be kinda triggering.

30 dates definitely dont amount to 102 calories. The nutritional value of the dates I eat says 5 dates are 110 calories, so 30 dates would be much more than 102 calories. Perhaps they have some special kind of dates tho

These people know very little about food nutrition. Coconut oil is high in fat, also sugar (no matter the source, fruit defiantly included) converts to fat in the body. Not good deserts for those watching their weight

You literally could have just swapped the honey for agave or maple syrup and used coconut whipped cream as topping and could have called these vegan desserts instead of lying and saying these are fat free

Everyone points out the coconut oil, chocolate and whipped cream but if you really wanted to make the first one fat free youd be better of just making caramell with water. Overall what even is this?
